people in a facility as children or young adults, all the ''Dr. Phill is  
'' out there say ''we can fix them, we can treat them when in fact the  
''cure'' rate is very very low. We let these people down by not placing  
them in state hospitals as they now end up in jails, where there lives  
become even worse. It is a crime we treat these sad people in this

third-grade education, but still lead a decent and respectable life.

desperateness than lack of education - although it would seem these
